Club Information

General information

All clubs take place weekly in term time. We try to encourage children to participate in lots of performances that we are invited to in the area. We have at least two family & friends shows per year. Performances boost a child’s confidence and give them an aim. Uniforms are required by those planning to participate in outside activities.

 Club Admin

In addition to the Coach, we also have a club admin person. This person will take a register, take fees and answer your questions. There is a message system in place and should the admin person be unable to answer your questions then a message is left along with your phone number and someone can call you. You can email questions between classes to admin@thefairyschool.co.uk alternatively you can call 07749525270 to speak to Steph about anything.

 What to bring

Please ensure that your child brings a drink. A short break for drinks is given, and children are encouraged to drink only at the specified times rather than leaving practice every few minutes. If attending two clubs, please also send a small snack.  

Other info

Please ensure that your child visits the loo before class reducing the need during the class time.

 Please complete a registration form and make us aware of any details that may change.

Children will not be permitted to leave the club alone and will need to be collected by you. If you are planning to send someone different to collect please inform us beforehand.

Coaches

All coaches are qualified cheerleaders and have been performing arts students. They are CRB checked and have been chosen for their ability to get the best out of children. All coaches must be multi-skilled to work for the company which means they are able to take all classes keeping each club consistent.

 Coaches will accompany each group to any outside performance. From time to time the children will meet other coaches so that on larger events or in the event of a coach being unable to take their class a familiar face will stand in rather than cancelling or being faced with a stranger.

 Fees

Fees are payable ½ termly at most clubs. You are able to pay weekly initially to see if your child enjoys the club before committing. Some clubs offer a facility to divide payments into instalments. Prices are charged according to the length of the class.
